I recommend these to my medical students during the head and neck section. I think these animations really help one see how the embryological structures change to form the final adult structure. For example, with the tongue, you can see how the anterior and posterior parts come from different branchial arches and therefore use different nerves. Otherwise, this is sheer memorization. The pre and post-tests are really helpful.
