Continuing Education

Both researchers and educators must be lifelong learners. Continuing education comes in many formats, including scientific meetings, professional development workshops and seminars, independent studies, and online courses. For those developing continuing education activities and resources, the use of student-centered teaching methods can make those activities have even greater impact.

The APS Archive of Teaching Resources can help you identify and create outstanding continuing education programs. Also, you can share resources with your colleagues and get essential feedback on both content accuracy and process effectiveness.

Content Accuracy

Each item in the Archive has been reviewed by a scientific review panel for science content accuracy and the appropriate use of animals/humans in teaching.
