Learning Object Submission

Thank you for your interest in submitting a Learning Object to the APS Archive of Teaching Resources.

Submission Process

There are several sections to the submission form that you will need to complete in order to successfully submit your material for scientific review. You may want to first print out a pdf version of the appropriate submission checklist below so that you can see the type of information that is needed.

APS/HAPS: submission checklist

Please complete each section. You will be able to edit your entries before final submission.
After submission, you will have 48 hours in which to make any changes to your Learning Object before it is sent out for scientific review. Should you need to submit a revised Learning Object, you will need to access the learning object Revision Page ("Submit a Revised Learning Object" button on red bar). You will need your email address to access your object.

Review Process
During the review process, your Learning Object will be sent to at least two reviewers in your field for review of the scientific accuracy of the Learning Object and to ensure that the object conforms to the APS Guidelines for the Use of Humans and Animals in Research, if applicable.

We will contact you via email once the reviewers' comments are received.
